The OEM has scheduled the next-gen flagship smartphone to debut simultaneously in Taipei at 20:00, Berlin at 14:00 CET and New York at 08:00 EDT on April 13, 2023 this year, suggesting that it may be a virtual or digital event.
Asus has yet to drop a hint as to any design- or function-related changes compared to the ROG Phone 6 thus far, although it is rumored to switch to the newer Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Should that be the case, it may help make for “legendary” performance in the next-gen high-performance mobile device.
