At the Paris event, Google unveiled an update to Google Lens that’s coming to Android mobile devices. With this new feature, users can search for anything on their screen. As Google said, “If you can see it, you can search it”. This includes buildings, recipes, car models, or any images that may contain searchable information. It will also work across websites and apps, so users won’t have to leave the page to perform a search.
Google also announced an update to its Multisearch feature. Now, users can add text to refine image search results. For example, they can search for a specific style of clothing. This is demonstrated in the above Tweet.
At the same event, Google revealed its ChatGPT rival, Bard, which will be featured in Search. Microsoft also recently announced AI-powered enhancements for Bing and Edge browser.
