Yesterday, we reported that Samsung might increase the prices of its high-end phones, starting with the Galaxy S23. This price jump will likely occur in Australia, Europe, South Korea, and many other countries worldwide. But, the company might offer a pre-order incentive to compensate for the price hike.
Tipster Roland Quandt recently discovered certain terms and conditions on Samsung UK’s business website. It appears that when customers pre-order any Galaxy S23 series device, they will get an upgrade to a higher storage variant free of charge. For example, if someone pre-orders a 128GB Galaxy S23, they will get a 256GB version without additional cost. The same applies to the Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra, with pre-order customers receiving 512GB versions of the phones for the same cost as the 256GB base models.
In the UK, most customers will get a 256GB version of the Galaxy S23, while those who pre-reserve the device will also receive $50 in-store Samsung credit. Furthermore, there may be additional pre-order benefits in many countries, although these offers could vary depending on the market. In India, the company will offer exclusive color variants of the Galaxy S23 to those who pre-order the device. Similar exclusive colors will likely be available in more markets.
